Our Returns Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MIXMVSE. We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The MIXMVSE Security Tag Must Be Intact: All our garments are dispatched with a prominent security ribbon attached. This tag must be fully intact and untampered with for a return to be processed. If the security ribbon is removed, cut, or broken, the item cannot be returned. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the integrity of our products.

  2. Item Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original brand tags and packaging included.

  3. Return Window: Your return must be initiated and shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, please note that the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories (including jewellery, belts, and scarves)

  • Lingerie and swimwear

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@mixmvse.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
